I have become the epitome of New York.
I cannot afford dinner, or laundry, or anything. I have $19 after my rent check goes through to last me until Feb 15. But I am proudly sporting my new red Tom Ford lipstick, and drinking my daily quad latte.
In other words, this is a new blog waiting to happen.
Happiness this morning was getting a normal Starbucks cup. I despise the holiday cups post-holidays. On to the next..!
Today is going to be a great day because:
- My latte is made perfectly, and was free. (Thanks, Starbucks)
- I’m in one of my favorite leather jackets
- I was late leaving this morning and made it to work with 10 minutes to spare
- Launching a new platform product for a client that I’ve been with since the start - my first!
- Happy hour plans have already been established
